After working as a graphic designer and illustrator for 20 years, John started printing in 2015. He decided to move to working for himself creating prints and homewares. John has a lifelong love of the coast, especially Cornwall, and is inspired by places that are special to him, off the beaten track or which instil the feeling of having discovered somewhere secret. John enjoys experimenting with mark making and the graphical boldness and overprinting possibilities combined with creating textures for screenprinting by monoprinting ink and scraping it or rollering it.
